Silver Tusk Oil Company announces commencement of completion operations and sale of first production from the Willard Unit #1H-2 (Buda) Well

Dallas, Texas, May 16, 2014/PRNewswire/ Silver Tusk Oil Company, LLC (“Silver Tusk”) Managing Member, Paul Fenemore, is pleased to announce that drilling operations on the Willard Unit #1H-2 (Buda) well located in the Sand Lake Prospect, Burleson County, Texas have been completed. The well was drilled to a total measured depth of 9,363 feet and penetrated the Buda Lime horizontally for a distance of approximately 2,530 feet. Silver Tusk elected to terminate the well early and move forward with completing it in view of the impressive shows encountered. Whilst drilling horizontally in the Buda Lime the well flowed at rates of up to 250 barrels of oil per hour and in a 48 hour period the well produced a cumulative total of approximately 4,200 barrels of 39 degree API gravity oil. Silver Tusk has been granted permission to sell up to 100,000 barrels of oil until such time that all of the necessary paperwork is filed with the Texas Railroad Commission. Oil sales commenced today.

Skimmer separation tank receiving oil produced from the Willard Unit #1H-2 (Buda) Well whilst drilling
The oil produced while drilling was collected in 500 barrel frac tanks and around 3,000 barrels has already been treated to sales quality. The well is currently shut-in and the rig is expected to be off location by early next week. Work on cleaning up the location and installing production facilities will begin as soon as the rig is off location. It is anticipated that it may take up to 4 weeks to complete work on the production facilities and a temporary production facility using a separator and frac tanks will be employed until such time that the tank battery is fully operational. The temporary production facility should be ready in approximately 2 weeks time.

Silver Tusk Oil Company’s Willard Unit #1H-2 Well Encounters Significant Oil and Gas Shows in the Buda Lime
Dallas, Texas, May 11, 2014/PRNewswire/ Silver Tusk Oil Company, LLC (“Silver Tusk”) Managing Member, Paul Fenemore, is pleased to announce that the Willard Unit #1H-2 (Buda) well located in the Sand Lake Prospect, Burleson County, Texas has encountered significant oil and gas shows at an early stage during the drilling of the horizontal leg in the Buda Lime.

While conducting drilling operations in the Buda Lime Silver Tusk encountered a gas flare of 40 to 70 feet and oil was discharged into the pits at estimated maximum rate of up to 4 barrels per minute with no water. It is estimated that approximately 2 to 3 inches of oil was discharged into the pits in a very short period of time which is equivalent to around 200 to 300 barrels of oil.

Silver Tusk intends to continue drilling horizontally in the Buda Lime and further details will be announced in due course.

Silver Tusk Oil Company, LLC Announces East Texas Lease Acquisition
Dallas, Texas, May 7, 2014/PRNewswire/ Silver Tusk Oil Company, LLC (“Silver Tusk”) Managing Member, Paul Fenemore, is pleased to announce that Silver Tusk has recently acquired the Whelan Lease located in Marion County, Texas from Manziel Management Corporation et al. The 1,261 acre lease is located within the productive limits of the Vicki Lynn Field and the acquisition also includes a producing oil well and an operational salt water disposal well. Silver Tusk has recently re-established production from the oil well and is currently making improvements to the tank battery and access roads. The Whelan #6 well has been producing oil consistently since 1955 and is currently producing at a rate of 5 to 14 barrels of oil per day.

The Whelan Lease has produced over 1.2 million barrels of oil from 12 wells completed in the Rodessa Lime on the western part of the acreage. Individual well production rates of up to 332 barrels of oil per/day per well have been achieved from completions in the Rodessa Lime on this acreage. The central and eastern parts of the Lease are significantly under-developed and Silver Tusk has identified multiple infill and step-out well locations that it plans to drill. Silver Tusk will initially file up to 6 drilling permits for the Whelan Lease with the Texas Railroad Commission. Silver Tusk Oil Company Announces that the Willard Unit #1H Well has been Completed in the Austin Chalk and drilling operations on the Willard Unit 1H-2 Well in the Buda Lime have commenced
Dallas, Texas, April 23, 2014-/PRNewswire/ Silver Tusk Oil Company, LLC (“Silver Tusk”) Managing Member, Paul Fenemore, is pleased to announce that the Willard Unit #1H well located in the Sand Lake Prospect, Burleson County, Texas has been completed in the Lower Austin Chalk. The well encountered encouraging oil and gas shows and good electric log evidence for the presence of fracturing along a significant portion of the horizontal wellbore. Approximately 4,500 feet of slotted liner has been run in the wellbore in preparation for testing and producing the well.

Willard Unit #1HWell – Gas Flare while Drilling in
Austin Chalk
Whilst conducting drilling operations in the Austin Chalk Silver Tusk was able to negotiate rights to the Buda Lime interval which lies approximately 200 feet below the base of the Austin Chalk in the area. The company has elected to drill a second horizontal leg (the Willard Unit #1H-2) as a stacked lateral from the same wellbore as the Willard Unit 1H horizontal. The Buda Lime is a significant producer in the northern part of the Giddings Field and numerous wells have tested oil at very impressive rates. It is of great significance to the prospect area that in February 2014 Buffco Production Company, Inc. tested the Kenjura #1H Willard Unit #1HWell – Gas Flare while Drilling in Austin Chalk well at a rate of 624 barrels of oil per day on a 16/64” choke from a horizontal completion in the Buda Lime. This well is located less than 7 miles northeast of the prospect area. The test results achieved from the Kenjura #1H well demonstrate that the high productivity trend in the Buda Lime extends a significant distance southwest of the main Buda Lime producing area in the northeastern part of Burleson County. This significant new discovery backs up an earlier test in the Buda Lime and Austin Chalk intervals located less than a mile northeast of the prospect area carried out by Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. The Peek-Rosenthal Unit #1 well tested at a rate of 302 barrels of oil per day on a 48/64” choke from horizontal completions in the Buda Lime and Austin Chalk intervals.

2 MMCFGPD flare from the Montgomery #1 Well –
Rodessa Dees and Upper Travis Peak Intervals

The Willard Unit #1H well is the ‘kick‐off’ well to the Silver Tusk Lease Acquisition and Development Partnership, a leasing and drilling partnership targeting some of the most prolific parts of the oil and gas rich East and South Texas Basins. It is anticipated that the Lease Acquisition and Development Partnership will lease approximately 10,000 acre of high potential oil and gas leases in these areas and drill up to 25 wells.

Negotiations are underway to lease several areas in the East Texas Basin with potential for shallow oil and gas production in the Rodessa and Goodland Lime intervals. One of these areas is close by to the Silver Tusk Operating Company, LLC operated Big Cypress Prospect. Silver Tusk Operating Company, LLC has recently recompleted the Montgomery #1 well in the Upper Travis Peak and Rodessa Dees Formations. The well tested at a maximum rate of just under 2 MMCFGPD and 181 BOPD on a 12/64 inch choke with a maximum flowing tubing pressure of 2,250 psi. A stabilized production rate of 260 MCFGPD and 50 BOPD was achieved on a restricted 8/64 inch choke and the well is currently undergoing further testing to determine a stabilized rate from the Travis Peak interval alone. Silver Tusk Operating Company, LLC is scheduled to drill the second well on this prospect, the Johnson #1, within the next 45 days.
