Silver Tusk Oil Management

Paul R. Fenemore, age 58, is the Managing Member of Silver Tusk Oil Company, LLC and is responsible for all day-to-day operations. Mr. Fenemore is also the Managing Member of Paradigm Energy Ventures, LLC, and the President and a Managing Member of Black Lava Resources, LLC. From time to time, Mr. Fenemore provides geoscience consulting services to other oil and gas exploration and production companies.

Mr. Fenemore has over 36 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including project management, negotiations, business development, corporate planning and technical and economic evaluation of oil and gas fields and prospects, both internationally and in the United States. Mr. Fenemore has held a number of executive positions with various engineering geophysical and oil and gas exploration and production companies. He began his career in 1977 with Hunting Surveys Limited, where, until 1980, he served as Project Manager and Geophysicist with the responsibility to supervise field operations for various engineering and ground water projects in the Middle East, West Africa and Europe, including numerous offshore oil platform and pipeline surveys. Thereafter, from 1980 until 1992, he was a full-time employee of a number of independent oil and gas companies engaged in oil and gas exploration and production operations internationally, including Gulf Oil Corporation, Amoco Europe and West Africa Limited, Amerada-Hess UK Limited, Hamilton Brothers UK Limited, CSX Oil and Gas Corporation, and Cairn Energy PLC. He served these companies in various capacities from Geophysicist to Exploration Manager. From 1992 until 1995, Mr. Fenemore was an independent consultant to a number of international oil and gas development companies, including British Gas PLC and various affiliated companies of Anglo Siberian Oil Company Limited. From 1996 through most of 2001, he was Executive Director of Operations and Business Development for Alliance Resources PLC Limited, a UK public company (which later became AROC, Inc., a United States public company following the merger of Alliance Resources PLC with LaTex Resources, Inc.). He also served in the capacity of Director and Chief Operating Officer of AROC, Inc. While serving this company, he assumed responsibility for technical and economic evaluation of all mergers and acquisitions, business and corporate planning and the overall supervision of field operations. By 2001, AROC, Inc. had approximately 750 wells under management, of which around 500 were operated by the Company.

Mr. Fenemore earned his Bachelor of Science in Geology and Chemistry in 1975 and his Master of Science in Marine Geotechnics in 1976. He is a Fellow of the Geological Society of Great Britain (#1001612), an Associate Member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and is a SIPES Certified Professional Earth Scientist (#2899).
